GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The parties agree that the laws of Malaysia for the time being in force shall be the governing laws in respect of any disputes pertaining to this terms and conditions and the parties further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
