UEM Sunrise hosted its first engagement with Denai Nusantara residents via the FUN ZONE XD programme by distributing bubur lambuk on 23 April 2021. The main objective of “Happy BB Lambuk Denai Nusantara” was to introduce the FUN ZONE XD initiative and reach out to our community to foster a positive relationship as well as generate awareness towards our Trésor loyalty programme which provides exclusive rewards and privileges. Last year, a Quartz category was introduced by UEM Sunrise under its Trésor loyalty programme to homebuyers who purchased properties valued from RM150,000 to RM300,000 – this included Denai Nusantara.  

In the true Malaysian spirit of patiently uniting for good food, about 500 bowls of bubur lambuk were “sold out” in no time! Best of all, the aroma of the bubur lambuk served was the perfect flavour for UEM Sunrise to share its CARING, INVOLVED & FUN LOVING values with the community. 

During the event, the UEM Sunrise CX and Development teams mingled with the residents in a safe manner while at all times, fully complying with the strict Covid-19 SOPs. “Happy BB Lambuk Denai Nusantara” lived up to its name by setting up a delicious and happy buka puasa treat from home for all attendees!
